I am a woman who has battled bi-polar disorder for many years. I am functional and live a normal life. It can be done. There is help out there and venues to turn to. I hope to be one of them. I also have depression and fibromyalgia. I find many days a challenge, but I still carry on and strive to do my best. I am not ashamed of my illness', I am an advocate for the many who have mental health issues. I am a good listener and know many resources.
